The Raffertys Resort team has a strong understanding of all areas of the resort and can manage your property with professionalism and care. Raffertys has been established using the Community Title system under the Real Property Act.
Each cottage/terrace has an individual freehold Torrens Title whilst the common areas and resort facilities are on Neighbourhood and Community land. This system allows more security for your investment as purchasers own the cottage/terrace and the land that the property sits on plus they have full use of the community facilities including tennis courts, swimming pools, BBQ areas etc.
Many people ask if they can live on site at Raffertys, but only a select few properties are rated by our local council outside the short term stay legislation. Potential investors should note that purchasing at the resort does not allow for permanent residency in some areas of the resort and your own due diligence needs to be done. Our professional management team at Raffertys can manage your property, taking care of bookings, cleaning, marketing and maintenance so your investment can maximize its returns.
The resort is primarily a seasonal property with the majority of our leisure bookings during our summer months and during school holiday periods coming from families and couples. The resort has also become a premier wedding and conference location, which also provides a strong source of continual accommodation bookings right throughout the year as opposed to only peak times under other management.
